German 4 is based on an intermediate college text called Kaleidoskop. Students study eight topical units and practice various types of communication. Student will learn many reading strategies to facilitate their comprehension of the German language. Students also review and refine their knowledge of German grammar.
Topics of study include:
· leisure time and sports · music · fairy tales · family · relationships to others · tolerance of foreigners · prose, poetry · occupations
A highlight of the year is the music video project in which students research a German song and plan, film, edit and produce a music video. |
